Maumee City Schools & Toledo Lucas County Health Department Offering Vaccination Option for Students 16+ and Community This Friday

Maumee High School is the site of a Pfizer two-vaccination clinic for students 16+ and adults. Follow signs to Gym Annex - Door 28. Registration is necessary and community members are asked to attend between 3-5 p.m. only.

Friday, May 14, 2021 (Dose #2)

HOW TO REGISTER: 
1. Use this link:  https://gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov/
2. Select Eligibility and Book My Appointment
3. Complete the COVID-19 Vaccination Questionnaire – YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER THE ACCESS CODE - BSYB9CM3IU – the form says “optional” but you must enter the code to see the Maumee High School vaccine location
4. Enter Maumee High School in the location search box
5. Click See Availability & select the desired time (only 3-5 p.m. appointments for community members please)
6. Make sure the correct date is entered, select preferred time and complete registration
